Merger Details
To screen for mergers by specific details, use the M&A Details subheading from the Criteria menu. Choose which aspect of mergers and acquisitions, such as valuations or detail conditions, you would like to add to your screen.
After selecting your detail type, select the criteria and/or range for that detail using the new menu. Then press the Add Criteria button.
Before viewing the results of your screen, you can add more criteria from the M&A Type subheading, as needed. You can also add criteria from other subheadings, such as Industry Classifications under Company Details, or Dates under Equity Details, to your screen.
