On the History page, you can search for significant events in the company's existence, from it's founding to the present day. Using the Topics drop-down box, you can narrow your focus to one of over two dozen topics such as Legal Proceedings, New Products, Acquisition Completed, or Bankruptsy Proceeding.
To narrow your search by time, select a year from the timeline on the bottom of the page or enter months/years in the Date Range boxes.
