Capital Changes, formerly known as Capital Changes Reporter, was long kept as a print resource at the library. It is now available as an electronic database. It provides over 100 years of U.S. corporate actions data on events such as mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs, exchange offers and reorganizations for their tax consequences, and includes U.S. offerings from foreign corporations. This databases is available on site at the Business Center at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library. This guide will help you find your way in.
To get to Capital Changes at a library database computer, open the list of databases. Find Capital Changes on the alphabetical list under C, or type the name in the Database title/description box.
