Capital Changes, formerly known as Capital Changes Reporter, was long kept as a print resource at the library. It is now available as an electronic database. It provides over 100 years of U.S. corporate actions data on events such as mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs, exchange offers and reorganizations for their tax consequences, and includes U.S. offerings from foreign corporations.
