Company Filings
Use Capital IQ to find SEC filings and annual reports for public companies.
From the subject ribbon near the top of any screen on Capital IQ, select Companies. You will next be prompted with a submenu. From the menu, select Company Filings under the heading News, Events and Filings.
On the next page, select your company by name or ticker, using the Search By boxes near the top of the page. Select your date range, as well. You can also narrow your results by selecting a filing type with the options provided under the Advanced Search Options box. Your options are All Filings; 10K/10Q; 8K; Proxies; and Prospectuses.
You can also open the Advanced Search Options section of the search engine for more specific search criteria, such as specific forms; specific countries; or specific stock exchanges.
