The Schomburg Clipping Files have more than 7,000 subject headings and hundreds of thousands of clippings. To highlight some of the clipping files we have selected a representative sample from a few clipping files (including two different clipping files on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.) to illustrate the breadth of subjects that can be found in this collection.
